Events & Conferences

SBE held its second annual student conference on Saturday, January 20, 2007.  Students from the U.S., Denmark, and Mexico gathered at the University of California, Los Angeles, to discuss starting up SBE student chapters, career opportunities in biological engineering, and current challenges with other students, professors, and industry representatives from some of our corporate sponsors.  If you are interested in participating in such a conference next year, please email us at bio@aiche.org.  Student support will be available.
