Therminol VLT
Therminol VLT is a synthetic liquid-phase fluid that allows a single fluid to be used in many general-purpose process applications where both cooling and heating are required. Its properties are such that the same hardware can be used over the entire range of operation — eliminating the operational problems associated with using multiple fluids in the same piece of equipment, and allowing low-temperature operation with normal centrifugal pumps. It is suitable for use at temperatures as low as –115°C, and has an upper temperature limit of 175°C (–175°F to 350°F).

Paratherm CR cryogenic heat-transfer fluid
A replacement for silicone and d-limonene, Paratherm CR cryogenic heat-transfer fluid has an extremely low freeze point (below –120°C). The fluid's low 10-cP viscosity at –88°C (20 cP at –96°C) enables significant efficiency gains at lower temperatures. And unlike silicone-based fluids, the CR fluid poses no containment or cleanup issues. Typical applications for Paratherm CR  include fine-chemical processes, pharmaceutical active-ingredient production, secondary coolant systems, continuous process applications, lyophilizers and environmental test chambers.

It is recommended for processes operating from 0°C to 260°C. Another NSF HT-1-certified fluid, Paratherm LR, operates at lower temperatures, from –40°C to 204°C. Paratherm CR, developed for use down to –100°C, has a low viscosity that permits higher fluid turbulence, resulting in faster heat removal than silicone liquids or d-limonene-based fluids.

MDH series dryers
The compact, heated MDH series dryers combine Nafion technology with a heating element to dry hot, wet, sample gases prior to analysis, increasing sample accuracy and reducing damage to downstream analysis equipment. The dryers were specifically created to dry gas samples with dew points higher than the ambient temperature, without requiring additional heating or insulation. Proprietary Nafion technology selectively removes only water from samples gases, leaving the rest of the gas sample unaffected. Unlike chillers and condensers, the MDH dryers remove water directly from the vapor phase, preventing the loss of water-soluble gases through dissolution in condensate. Designed to handle gas flows of up to 1 L/m, the dryers can dry gases with as much as 30% water by volume.

Series SSB electric boilers
The Series SSB electric boilers are designed to produce clean steam up to 100 psig at rates from 36 lb/h to 540 lb/h. No flues, fuel lines or tanks are involved in their operation, and no on-site products of combustion are generated. They operate on electricity, can be located almost anywhere and are compatible for use with distilled, demineralized, deionized or reverse-osmosis-produced water. Small in size, they are quiet, provide high-quality steam and are almost 100% efficient. Minimal heat is lost to the surrounding ambient. A secondary low-water cut-off is now standard, as well as passivated 316/316L stainless-steel pressure vessel construction. Typical applications include laboratory validation, moisturization, clean room humidification, sterilization, food processing and storage, cosmetics manufacturing, and in tablet press and shrink tunnels.
