Active Projects
Employees of member companies can join and participate in CCPS project subcommittees that continue year round. While many of the projects culminate in a Guidelines or Concept book, others develop databases and web-based content. CCPS members can also join Special Interest Committees that very often evolve into a project. In addition, CCPS offers several supplementary ongoing projects including the Process Equipment Reliability Database (PERD) and Process Incident Database (PSID). Each year new projects are voted on by member companies and project volunteers are recruited.
Through participation on the project subcommittees, members trade knowledge and contribute to the diverse pool of experience that makes CCPS projects so valuable. Subcommittees organize face-to-face meetings when convenient for members as well as hold conference calls and web conferences. CCPS currently has over 20 active projects.
